The chance of light rain or drizzle increases slightly into Wednesday and Thursday. But the band of cloud and rain will move south east through Thursday and Friday. It will become sunny and crisp over the weekend, before rain could creep back into the new week.
The BBC weather outlook reads: "Thursday will start dry with largely cloudy skies. A band of rain will sink south-eastwards bringing heavy and persistent rain by the evening and overnight.
"Friday will be drier with cloudy skies at first, but there will be sunshine developing in the evening. Saturday looks to be rather cloudy with a few spots of rain. Towards the end of the day sunshine is expected to develop."
