The next could of days will be breezy and showery across Merseyside.
According to the Met Office, a band of showery rain will be heading for the region and it will move southeast. As the rain comes and goes, there will be sunny intervals.
Despite sunny spells, temperatures will remain around 15C and 16C and it will be windy at times. The mixture of clear spells and showers will continue into the evening, more frequent showers after midnight, with some heavy rain arriving from the west by dawn.

Into the weekend the rain will get heavier and winds will turn gusty. However on Sunday there'll be a drier interlude ahead of freshening winds and outbreaks of rain pushing up from the southwest later. This will clear on Monday leaving dry conditions into next week.
The BBC outlook reads: "Sunday will see a largely settled day with plenty of sunshine. Small chance of the odd spot of rain. Clouding over in the afternoon.
"Outbreaks of rain developing overnight and into Monday morning. Remaining cloudy with a few lingering spots of rain at first on Monday, but turning dry and sunny in the afternoon. Tuesday will be fine and dry with plenty of sunshine."
