Sunny intervals will break up mostly dry and cloudy weather in Liverpool over the next few days, according to the Met Office.
The latest forecast states that Liverpool will see highs of 12C today (April 19), as sunny intervals change to cloud in the afternoon. The Met Office's outlook for the North West today reads: "A mostly dry start, but scattered showers developing through the morning.
"These possibly becoming slow-moving and heavy with a chance of hail and thunder by the afternoon. Feeling somewhat cooler."

However, it will get slightly warmer as the week goes on. Tomorrow (April 20) will see highs of 16C, but sunny intervals will be replaced by cloud by late morning. The temperature is set to peak at 15C on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The regional outlook for Thursday (April 21) to Saturday (April 23) is: "Mostly dry on Thursday and Friday but becoming somewhat cloudier, with cool easterly winds developing. Variable amounts of cloud on Saturday but mostly dry with temperatures recovering."
We can expect slightly sunnier weather on Sunday (April 24), though the temperature will remain the same. The Met Office forecast for Sunday says: "Sunny changing to cloudy by early evening".
Highs of 15C are still expected, but there is every chance that fans heading to Anfield for a crucial Merseyside Derby might catch the last of the day's sun.
