As we head towards the weekend many people will be hoping for another two days in the sunshine.
But according to the Met Office , while the sun will mostly keep shining, and temperatures will remain high, some showers are heading our way.
Friday will be cloudier than the last few days but thankfully no rain is forecast for Liverpool like some other areas of the North West .
The Met Office said: "Some bright or sunny spells in the south, but it will be a cloudier day than Thursday and some occasional light rain is likely across Cumbria and northern Lancashire.

"Maximum temperature 21 °C."
On Saturday however, some rain can be expected early in the morning.
From around 7am until 10am people should expect showers across the city ranging from light sprays to heavier downpours.
After lunchtime though the sun will come back out through the cloud and remain in place for most of the weekend.
Sunday could also see scattered showers but this will take place in higher areas of the region.
A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "Early rain clearing Saturday morning then cooler with some sunny spells.
"Bright or sunny spells Sunday with a few showers. Largely cloudy on Monday with scattered showers."
