The Met Office are predicting cloudy weather and more rain as humid conditions persist.
The weather experts say Liverpool will be cloudy throughout the day and into the night and more cloudy weather and rain is forecast for Thursday.
Today the Met Office say: "Skies will be on the cloudy side for many today with outbreaks of rain at time, mainly in the north.
"Generally drier to the south with some brighter spells possible this afternoon. Feeling warm and humid, particularly in brighter spells."
Maximum temperature 22 °C.
And tonight it will feel "warm and muggy", they preduct.
Tomorrow heavy rain should clear through the morning, although staying largely cloudy with patchy drizzle.
Brighter spells are possible in the late afternoon, although isolated heavy showers may develop in the south. Maximum temperature 22 °C.

Sunny spells and scattered showers on Friday. Generally drier over the weekend with sunny spells and perhaps the odd shower. Becoming warm.
