The weather will be mainly dry and warm today but all that is set to change tomorrow.
The Met Office reports that with highs of 20C and a good amount of sunny spells, today, Wednesday, September 21, people should be in for a pleasant forecast. However it will become breezier later into the evening with thicker cloud moving in across Merseyside.
Rain will fall for most of the day on Thursday, with showers being heavy at times. Forecasters also say it will be quite windy at times.

Into Friday and the weekend, there will be a continued theme of sunny spells and showers, with somewhat unsettled conditions. There'll be a dry start to Sunday but becoming windier with outbreaks of rain arriving from the north later.
Netweather TV forecaster Terry Scholey said: "Unlike last week, the southerly wind will be largely devoid of tropical storm remnants, as the hurricane season across the North Atlantic and the Caribbean remains relatively quiet.
“Later on Wednesday, a cold front approaches Northern Ireland and North West Scotland, bringing freshening winds and some rain. Thursday sees this front working its way slowly South and East across the country, although much of the day across a large portion of England and Wales should continue fine and warm.”
He added: “There's some suggestion that the front may weaken or slow down as it comes, but not all models are in agreement. Friday probably sees a slack pressure regime across Britain as cooler weather tries to move in from the North West.
"There are uncertainties as to the timing of this, however, making Friday the most difficult to predict. But it's almost certainly going to be unsettled and eventually cooler."
