We are set for another day of warm weather on Merseyside today but it's set to cool tomorrow and over the weekend.
The Met Office has predicted highs of 20C on Thursday, May 19 and a largely dry day. Cloud may build in some places but that will be broken up by sunny spells.
Clear spells will continue into the afternoon and evening, leading to a cooler night with a risk of rain overnight. According to forecasts, temperatures will start to take a dip on Friday, with highs of 18C.

Cloud cover will continue to increase throughout the morning on Friday, with showers that may turn heavy in the afternoon.
The outlook for Saturday to Monday is much of the same, with breezy conditions and showers possible. While the weather will not be glorious, the Met Office say it will feel 'fresher' than recently.
For England as a whole, BBC forecaster Tomasz Schafernaker said: "Looking at the weather map for Thursday and this weather front here just exiting into the North Sea, this is the weather front that will have been responsible for the thundery rain and low pressure to the north west of us and the wind is blowing in from the south west.
"This is a warm atmosphere which has spread right across the country and into Scandinavia and much of Europe so it is never going to be cold, it’s always going to be on the warm side. So a relatively mild if not muggy morning and then a mainly bright or sunny afternoon, there will be a few showers in the very far north of Scotland and then maybe in Northern Ireland but essentially speaking it is a very pleasant afternoon.
"High teens around mainly northern and western areas, easily into the 20Cs across the bulk of England inland."
