Another wet and windy day is on the cards for Merseyside but this time it could be accompanied by hail.
The Met Office reports that there has been a drop in temperature and chilly nights of 0C are on the forecast. As temperatures touch lower, closer to the seasonal average, heavy rain could turn to hail.
Forecasters say that showers will fade and there will still be some bright spells on Thursday, November 3. There'll also be the chance of frost and patches of fog.

On Friday, it'll be another cold start, with any fog clearing in mid morning. There's also the chance of a few showers, but largely dry for most with sunny spells.
It will become unsettled again into the weekend with a band of rain pushing through on Saturday as winds strengthen. Blustery showers for Sunday and Monday.
The BBC weather outlook for Saturday to Monday reads: "Saturday will be overcast and windy with a band of rain moving in from the west. The rain will gradually clear away to the east through the afternoon, with sunshine developing behind it.
"Sunday will have variable amounts of cloud and blustery showers. Monday will be a cloudier day, with showers for many in the morning, and a band of heavy rain arriving in the afternoon."
