Liverpool warmer than Venice with temperatures rising

Liverpool is forecast to be warmer than Venice today as temperatures continue to rise.

As we move towards the start of British Summer Time (BST) and the clocks moving forward an hour, the weather has settled into a regular pattern of remaining largely dry with bright or sunny spells.

This will be the picture for today, during which it will be largely fine and dry , with variable amounts of cloud and bright or sunny spells.

It will feel quite pleasant in any sunshine, with light winds and a maximum temperature of 13C.

The Met Office forecast is for more of the same tomorrow, when after a cloudy start it will soon brighten up to give a fine day, with some good spells of sunshine.
