Liverpool vs Wolves
Premier League 2018-19
Venue: Anfield, Liverpool
Kick-off: 3pm BST, today
Liverpool head into the final day of the Premier League season knowing that a first title since 1989 is still within their reach.
Jurgen Klopp's side have collected 94 points from 37 games so far, but that superb total looks set to be in vain unless Manchester City slip up at Brighton.
Liverpool currently trail table-toppers City by a solitary point - and given City's four-goal cushion in terms of goal difference, the Reds realistically know that only a win against Wolves - coupled with a shock result at Brighton - will do.
However, if Liverpool's spectacular Champions League comeback against Barcelona proved anything, it's that only a fool would bet against another Anfield miracle on Sunday.

Score prediction: Liverpool 3-1 Wolves
While Wolves have proven themselves a thorn in the side of top teams time and again this season, it is difficult to see this Liverpool team slipping up.
It will be interesting to see how Klopp's players manage the expectations of the Anfield crowd, and whether they will suffer any sort of European hangover after their comeback against Barca.
Still, Liverpool should have enough quality to see off Wolves - especially with Nuno Espirito Santo's side having already sealed seventh placed after a superb term in the top flight.
