Liverpool vs Leicester LIVE: Premier League 2019-20 latest commentary, live stream, TV, score

Liverpool vs Leicester
Premier League 2019/20 season
Venue: Anfield
Kick-off time: 3pm BST

Liverpool welcome former manager Brendan Rodgers and his Leicester side to Anfield today.

The Reds maintained their 100 percent start to the new league season with a hard-fought win at Sheffield United last Saturday, while Leicester's bid to challenge for a top four finish continues to gain momentum with the Foxes up to third after thumping Newcastle last Sunday.

Saturday will mark Rodgers’ first return to Anfield since being sacked by the Liverpool board in 2015.

Liverpool vs Leicester team news

Klopp has a late decision to make on whether to recall goalkeeper Alisson Becker. The Brazil international has been sidelined by a calf injury sustained in the opening game of the season but has returned to full training with the first team.

Centre-back Joel Matip will definitely miss out, however, with a minor knee problem which made him unavailable for the midweek Champions League win over Red Bull Salzburg.

Brendan Rodgers is likely to change a winning side on his return to Anfield.

Midfielder James Maddison has recovered from an ankle problem which forced him to miss the 5-0 thrashing of Newcastle last weekend.

Summer signing Dennis Praet impressed against Newcastle, but the Belgium international is the most likely to make way for Maddison.
