Welcome to the Evening Standard's LIVE Premier League match coverage of Liverpool vs Everton LIVE in the Merseyside derby.
Liverpool stayed eight points clear at the top and dumped Everton into the bottom three with a thumping 5-2 derby win at Anfield.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp sprung a surprise by naming Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino on the bench against their Merseyside rivals - but their replacements Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri, plus the irrepressible Sadio Mane, cut Everton to shreds.
Origi raced on to Mane's pass to put the Reds ahead and Shaqiri made it two with just 17 minutes on the clock. Michael Keane beat Adrian to a cross from Alex Iwobi to halve the deficit, but a fine finish from Origi restored the two-goal cushion.
Mane sprinted the length of the field to tuck in Trent Alexander-Arnold's pass for the fourth before Richarlison struck in first-half stoppage time. The scoring dried up until a minute from time when Georginio Wijnaldum buried the fifth.
