Liverpool vs Crystal Palace prediction: Mo Salah's tipped to continue goalscoring form

Liverpool's fine form continues after an impressive display in the Champions League against AC Milan but they now welcome a Crystal Palace looking to maintain momentum after their impressive win last weekend.

The Merseyside club are heavy favourites at 1/5 with Grosvenor Sport while Palace are 15/1 and a draw is 23/4.

The Inside Track's Tom Phillips missed out with backing Mo Salah to score first but the Egyptian did find Liverpool's second goal in their Champions League outing against AC Milan so it is understandable why he is backing the in-form winger today.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace's Odsonne Edouard will be looking to maintaining his form after the former Celtic striker scored a brace on his debut against Tottenham Hotspur.

The Reds were involved in yet another thriller involving Serie A side AC Milan - who made their return to the Champions League for the first time in seven years.

The five-goal thriller saw Jurgen Klopp's go from 2-1 down to winning the match 3-2 thanks to Jordan Henderson's 69-minute winner.

Fans would have enjoyed another comeback victory against the Rossoneri as memories of Istanbul 2005 would have come flooding back, no doubt.

They now turn their attention back to Premier League action and face a Crystal Palace side who look like they are starting to click under Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira.

The Eagles picked up their first win under Vieira last weekend against then league leaders Spurs who went down to 10-men after Japhet Tanganga received a second yellow card.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has been claimed as the best right-back in the world by his boss, will be looking to keep winger Wilfried Zaha quiet throughout the match.

Tips

  • Mo Salah to score anytime - 8/13
  • Liverpool to win and both teams to score - 39/20
