Liverpool vs Arsenal line ups and team news confirmed as Jurgen Klopp makes midfield changes

Fabinho and Jordan Henderson have returned to the Liverpool starting line-up for their blockbuster clash against Arsenal this evening.

Jurgen Klopp has chosen to overhaul his midfield for the clash between the two teams still boasting 100% records in the Premier League this season (kick-off 5.30pm).

It means, goalkeeper Adrian apart, the starting line-up is the same as began the Champions League final in June, with James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain dropping to the bench after starting the win at Southampton last weekend.

Joel Matip continues at centre-back alongside Virgil van Dijk with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson the full-backs.

Gini Wijnaldum joins Fabinho and Henderson in midfield, while the forward line is the regular trio of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.

Among the substitutes, Caoimhin Kelleher replaces Andy Lonergan as second-choice goalkeeper.

For Arsenal, £72million summer signing Nicolas Pepe makes his first start in what appears a very attacking Gunners side.

LIVERPOOL (4-3-3): Adrian; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson; Fabinho, Henderson, Wijnaldum; Salah, Firmino, Mane.

Subs: Kelleher, Milner, Gomez, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Lallana, Shaqiri, Origi.

ARSENAL: Leno, Maitland-Niles, Luiz, Sokratis, Monreal, Guendouzi, Xhaka, Willock, Ceballos, Pepe, Aubameyang.

Subs: Martinez, Mkhitaryan, Lacazette, Torreira, Chambers, Nelson, Kolasinac.
