A Liverpool venue is giving away 100 hot dogs for free this week and you're encouraged to take a four-legged friend along with you.
Slim's on Bold Street are celebrating National Hot Dog Day this Friday in their own special way by encouraging diners to bring along their pooches and try out one of their specialities.
The American styled diner will start their offer at 12pm on September 10 on a first come first served basis.
For each hot dog given away, a donation will be made to a local dog charity.
Not only that but if you take your dog with you to pay a visit to Slim's then the amount will be doubled.
John Ennis, Director of Slim’s, said: “GSG Hospitality has had a love of hot dogs so we thought this was a great opportunity to celebrate the occasion.
"We're all dog lovers and so it's also a chance to give back to the dog community.
"All our venues are dog friendly – so come and enjoy a dog with your dog and we’ll donate the proceeds to an amazing local dog charity.”

On the day, Slim's will be serving their Korean Hot Dog - a spicy hot dog sausage served in a brioche bun topped with kimchi style pickle, mustard mayonnaise and a sriracha ketchup.
A vegan option will also be available - a spicy vegan hot dog sausage with all of the same trimmings.
If you're still hungry after the hot dog, also on the menu are Lo Pan Fries topped with salt & pepper Sui mai, curry sauce, spring onions, red chilli, char Sui and sriracha.
There's also Poutine Fries with confit duck, duck gravy, Monterey Jack cheese and a fried egg.
Hot dogs will be available for takeaway or dine in, however if you choose to sit in then a drink must be purchased.
