Victory, which would be Liverpool’s 100th in all competitions at Anfield under Klopp, would not only enhance prospects of a top-four finish but improve confidence before next week’s Champions League return against Real Madrid. Aston Villa, however, can move to within two points of the champions with an eighth away win of the campaign.
