The big Premier League kick-off is now just three weeks away and Liverpool still have plenty of time to bolster the squad meaning a host of names continue to be linked with a move to Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp wants to bring the Villarreal winger to Anfield but faces competition from rivals Everton who have been tipped to make the first move.
The 22-year-old has been one of the most highly-rated young widemen in Europe for a few years now and could be heading for Merseyside, according to Spanish publication La Razon.
The report claims the player has a £70m release clause and any move could depend on whether the Yellow Submarine can find a replacement having apparently bid themselves for Bournemouth’s Arnaut Danjuma.
It will take a hefty fee to land Chukwueze and it appears Klopp will have to move quickly to get in ahead of Rafa Benitez and the Toffees while Manchester United have also been linked.

There is ‘no chance’ Liverpool will sign the Italy Euros winner - that’s according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Reds are on the lookout for midfield reinforcements following the departure of Georginio Wijnaldum but Inter Milan’s Barella won’t be coming to Anfield.
“Liverpool will go for a midfielder but not immediately, so it will take some days maybe. Barella is not a real target, there’s no chance.”
A shame, because what a player the 24-year-old is.

The 24-year-old spent the 2019-20 campaign with Stuttgart and has caught the eye of Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
