Liverpool transfers - Pedro Neto option and Nat Phillips Premier League interest

Liverpool continue to be linked with a plethora of names while current Reds players are also being linked with moves away from Anfield.

There is sure to be plenty of movement in the build-up to the new Premier League season and here, we take a look at the latest rumours doing the rounds.

Pedro Neto is interesting a host of top clubs including Liverpool, Tottenham and Juventus, according to an exclusive 90 Min report.

The publication claims Wolves are willing to listen to offers for their top names, including Ruben Neves and Adama Traore, but claim any Neto suitors will have to pay a premium.

Neto, who turned 21 in March, has impressed in the Premier League since arriving at Molineux in 2019 and has scored eight goals in 60 top-flight games for Wolves.

The Portuguese youngster has huge potential and has played a large number of games for a young player, though it remains to be seen if Liverpool would be willing to pay big money at this stage.

Liverpool are reportedly so keen to prise the midfielder away from Milan, they have been in touch with the player’s agent with a salary offer of 8million euros per season, according to Italian journalist Claudio Ramondi.

Kessie still has a year left on his deal at the San Siro, says the report, which also says Milan are working hard to offer the Ivory Coast midfielder fresh terms.

Liverpool would also need to come up with a bid which would satisfy the Rossoneri to cash in and so if any move is being plotted, there is much work still to do it appears.

The towering centre-back spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan at Stuttgart and had been linked with a return to Germany.

However, the Bolton-born defender could be staying in the Premier League, with West Ham, Newcastle and Brighton all keeping an eye on his Liverpool situation.

According to Sky Sports, the trio are all interested in Phillips who is also wanted by Bayer Leverkusen.

While no official bid has been made, the report claims the German side have spoken to the 24-year-old’s agent.

In the long-term absence of Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez, Phillips appeared 17 times in the league last season.
