As Euro 2020 draws to a close and the start to the new season quickly approaches, Jurgen Klopp will be looking to wrap up any transfer business before the start of pre-season.
The Reds desperately need to bolster their squad after injuries decimated their title defence last season. So far, centre-back Ibrahima Konate is the only new addition but who else could we expect to see at Anfield?
We take a look at the latest gossip from around the globe and rate how likely they are to happen...
Who?
Kingsley Coman
Where?
What?
Liverpool's hopes of securing Coman this summer have taken a hit after it was confirmed that Bayern Munich have begun talks with the winger over a new deal.
The Frenchman is currently contracted to the Bundesliga side until 2023 and so far no arrangements have been made for him to commit his future to the club.
The 25-year-old finished last season strongly and performed well for France during Euro 2020 attracting Klopp's interest in a move to bolster Liverpool's attacking line.
Sport1 had reported last week that talks between Bayern and Coman had stalled but CEO Oliver Kahn has said he is 'optimistic' about tying the player down to a new deal.
Who?
Otavio

What?
Liverpool have been linked to Otavio for weeks and their chances might have just improved, according to new reports.
According to A Bola, Liverpool have put a bid on the table which could see Marko Grujic head the other way.
Both clubs need to sell to buy this summer and after their hopes of pocketing £17million through selling Vitinha to Wolves fell through Porto need to find a way to bring Grujic to O Estadio do Dragao on a permanent deal.
Journalist Duncan Castles confirmed that Porto are also now interested in Harry Wilson which would give Liverpool even more leverage to bring to the negotiating table.
Wilson's contract expires in 2023 and the forward has a market value of around €17million.
The situation plays into Liverpool's hands as they could force Porto into selling Otavio to raise the funds for the two Reds.
Who?
Kostantinos Tsimikas
Where?
What?
Inter Milan could make a move for Liverpool left-back Tsimikas this summer.
Following the departure of Ashley Young to Aston Villa, Inter are in the market for a new left-back and Tsimikas is one name on the shortlist alongside Chelsea's Marco Alonso and Manchester United's Alex Telles.
The 25-year-old was brought in for £11.75million last summer but has only made seven appearances in all competitions since his arrival at Anfield.
Tsimikas has been kept out of the side by Andy Robertson and is predominantly seen as backup for the Scotsman. The Greek could want to break out from Robertson's shadow this summer in search of first team football.
However, following Liverpool's injury crisis that derailed their 2020/2021 campaign Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to be willing to let any inch of squad depth decrease.
