Real Betis’ Guido Rodriguez is a recent name to be thrown into the mix and reports claim Liverpool are the latest club to show an interest in the 27-year-old.

Arsenal are also among the English clubs to be linked with the Argentina International, but the article states he is “happy” at Betis and an earlier report from the Spanish outlet revealed the player’s dream is to play for Real Madrid or Barcelona.

The Mirror’s David Maddock

What?

Maddock’s article claims that of Liverpool’s transfer targets this summer, there is a ‘chance’ Bowen could join before the end of the window.

Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah will both feature in the Africa Cup of Nations in January which has led to plenty of speculation Jurgen Klopp will bring in a forward this summer.

Bowen can play on either side of the front three and has qualities similar to Diogo Jota and Sadio Mane.

What?

Plenty of Liverpool fan’s have been left confused over Shaqiri’s future with reports claiming he wanted to leave the club, before he appeared to do a u-turn in a recent interview with the club website.

However, rumours now suggest he does want to leave and according to Italian outlet Corriere Dello Sport, Lazio are interested in the Swiss international.

A ‘goodwill’ gesture from the club could see Shaqiri leave for next to nothing, the report claims.
