Liverpool transfer rumours rated - Real Madrid make Isco available as Reds consider Hakim Ziyech move

Can you believe it's over a month since the Premier League season finished?

And Liverpool still haven't signed anyone! Outrageous!

But that hasn't stopped the Reds from being linked with a whole host of global stars.

Here's who's been linked with a move to and from Anfield today...

Isco

Who?

Real Madrid's gifted Spanish playmaker who fell out of favour before Zinedine Zidane's return to the club.

Where?

AS are reporting that Real Madrid will let Isco leave for £71.2million. Very precise.

The Spaniards have spent the best part of £300million already this summer and will be looking to recoup costs.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old has often found himself linked with a move to Liverpool in the past.

Could Jurgen Klopp make a move?

What?

In a word, no. The Reds are highly unlikely to part with such a fee this summer with Klopp already insisting Liverpool won't be replicating last year's transfer splurge.

And with a left-back and a versatile forward the priority, he's unlikely to bring in a player who favours playing in a midfield three.

Hakim Ziyech

Who?

One of the stars of Ajax's run to the Champions League semi-finals, the 26-year-old enjoyed a sensational season as he registered 21 goals and 24 assists from 49 appearances.

Where?

De Telegraaf, cited by the Daily Mirror are reporting the winger, who is currently away with Morocco for Africa Cup of Nations duty, has been made available for £30million this summer. Bargain!

They also claim Liverpool and Arsenal are the front-runners to sign Ziyech, though AS Roma as well as clubs in Germany and Spain are also interested.

What?

It sounds too good to be. Ajax commanded £65million for Frenkie de Jong while Matthijs de Ligt is expected to replace Virgil van Dijk as the world's most expensive defender.

Besides, while he's a winger, he's a left-footed right-winger and Liverpool already boast two of those (Three if you include Harry Wilson).

Xherdan Shaqiri says he wants to stay at Anfield and no-one is getting in the Reds starting XI ahead of Mohamed Salah. Can't see it.

Dejan Lovren

Who?

Liverpool's misquoted, self-proclaimed 'best defender in the world'.

Where?

Linked with AC Milan last week, Calcionapoli24 are reporting that Napoli are also interested in Lovren's services. However, his wages are believed to be a stumbling block.

According to Italian source Milan News, Lovren’s entourage have held talks with AC Milan, with the defender said to be keen on a move to the San Siro.

Meanwhile, Football Insider claim he's very close to agreeing terms with Milan.

Liverpool FC: Keep or Sell

What?

First-choice for Liverpool at the end of last season, injury has seen Lovren slip behind both Joe Gomez and Joel Matip in the pecking order.

Salah might not be best pleased at losing his bestie but if the Croatian asks to leave, the Reds are unlikely to stand in his way.

And if they receive an offer of £25million+, they'll find it hard to turn down.
