Klopp has been rather vocal in his admiration for Bowen, and the Liverpool boss will again be able to see the 24-year-old up close as the Reds travel to the London Stadium this Sunday.
Bowen was linked with a move to Liverpool over the summer, and Klopp has praised the West Ham star once again in his pre-match press conference.
Klopp said: "I like Bowen a lot. He made his way up from Hull and took not too long to show exactly what kind of player he can be in the Premier League. He made big steps."
West Ham have transformed under David Moyes, and their high pressure style of play isn't too dissimilar to Klopp's preferred system, which could lead to a potential move for Bowen.

The deal makes it extremely likely that Liverpool will now have to look elsewhere for a midfielder, as Barella joins Lautaro Martinez in re-signing for the Serie A title holders.
Jurgen Klopp 'wants' Eden Hazard at Liverpool
Liverpool have been linked with a potential move for Real Madrid star Eden Hazard, according to El Nacional.
According to Spanish news outlet, Klopp is keen to bring the former Chelsea star to Anfield in the coming months after the Belgian has fallen out of favour at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The report suggests that Madrid are keen to part ways with Hazard, which has put Klopp on high alert, as Liverpool could move for another former Chelsea star and attempt to replicate the success of Mohamed Salah.
Klopp is reportedly interested in linking Hazard up with his current forward options, and a move to Anfield could bring the best out of the Belgian once more.
