According to the report, Klopp has told the club that he is desperate to sign the England international and has made him Liverpool's top transfer target ahead of the summer.
The report goes on to claim that Bellingham would cost £85m and the Reds are the most interested in the 18-year-old.
Having moved to Dortmund from Birmingham City in 2020, the midfielder is considered one of the most highly-rated players in world football.
