Manchester City have been named as the early favourites to win the Premier League next season, despite Liverpool’s dominant showing in the last campaign.
Liverpool ran away from any competition to win their first league title in 30 years with a record seven games spare.
Jurgen Klopp’s side finished the season on 99 points - with City 18 points below them in second-place.
However, many are predicting Pep Guardiola’s side to come back stronger ahead of the upcoming season and the Pools have them at evens to snatch the title back from Liverpool.
Unsurprisingly, Klopp's men are second-favourites at 9/5, with Manchester United below them at 15/2 following their impressive second half to last season.
Chelsea are 12/1 after making some impressive signings already, with Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech joining their ranks.
North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both at 50/1, with both Mikel Arteta and Jose Mourinho facing their first full seasons in charge at their respective clubs.
Outside shots include Wolves at 100/1, newly-promoted Leeds United at 125/1, with former champions Leicester City at the same price.
There are a host of clubs at 500/1 to get their hands on the prestigious trophy, with West Bromwich Albion having the biggest price of 1000/1.
