Liverpool team news confirmed for Porto as Jurgen Klopp makes three changes

Divock Origi has been handed a surprise start for Liverpool in their Champions League quarter-final second leg with FC Porto at the Estadio do Dragao.

The Belgium striker replaces Roberto Firmino, who drops to the bench.

It will be the first time Origi has started a European game for the Reds since the Europa League quarter-final against Borussia Dortmund three years ago.

Mohamed Salah's agent responds to Liverpool transfer speculation with perfect message

Jurgen Klopp has made three changes to the side which beat Chelsea on Sunday.

The manager has opted for fresh legs with James Milner and Gini Wijnaldum coming into the midfield in place of Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson.

Liverpool go into the second leg with a 2-0 lead from last week's game at Anfield when they took control of the tie courtesy of goals from Naby Keita and Roberto Firmino.

Pep Guardiola's message to Man City fans highlights vast difference with Liverpool supporters

The Reds' reward if they progress to the semi-finals for the second successive season is a mouthwatering last four clash with Barcelona.

Liverpool:  Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Milner, Wijnaldum, Mane, Salah, Origi.

Subs:  Mignolet, Keita, Firmino, Gomez, Henderson, Sturridge, Shaqiri.
