Liverpool team news confirmed as Reds make 11 changes

Naby Keita makes his first start of the year as he returns to Liverpool's midfield for the trip to Norwich City.

Sadio Mane, who made his comeback to training on Monday, is only given a place on the Reds bench as they aim to go an incredible 25 points clear at the Premier League's summit at Carrow Road.

Guinea international Keita pulled up in the warm-up of the 2-0 win over Sheffield United on January 2 and hasn't started since making a return from injury last month.

However, manager Jurgen Klopp has brought in the £52million man for his first start since Boxing Day's 4-0 win over Leicester City with Fabinho dropping to the substitutes' bench as a result.

Meanwhile, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain fills in for Mane on the left of the Liverpool front three with the former Arsenal midfielder continuing his recent run in the team that has seen him score in the games against West Ham and Southampton before the mid-season break.

Alisson Becker keeps his place in goal behind a back four of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson.

Captain Jordan Henderson and Gini Wijnaldum complete the midfield as the Reds aim to extend their unbeaten record.

Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Henderson, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Adrian, Fabinho, Lovren, Milner, Mane, Lallana, Origi.
