Liverpool target Thiago Alcantara 'puts his house up for sale' amid Reds transfer interest

Thiago has reportedly put his house in Munich on the market as rumours over a move to Liverpool persist.

The Spaniard has told Bayern Munich that he will not be signing a new deal and they are prepared to sanction his exit.

Liverpool has been touted as his new destination with some reports claiming the midfielder has agreed personal terms with the Reds.

A fee between the English champions and their German counterparts still needs to be agreed.

The Bavarians are thought to want around £31.5 for the man they signed from Barcelona back in 2013.

And, according to Bild, Thiago has made his intentions perfectly clear by putting his property up for sale.

The 29-year-old has won the Bundesliga title in each of his seven years at the Allianz Arena.

Prior to that he was a champion in Spain with the Catalan giants where he played under Pep Guardiola.

But current Bayern boss Hansi Flick remains positive that they can still convince the player to stay put despite acknowledging his desire to conquer another of Europe's top leagues.

"The thing is, I always have hope. I’m actually always very positive about things," he said earlier this month.

"I also know, of course, that when you’re at a certain age and you’ve already played in the Spanish league with Barcelona and in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich, you feel the need to experience another big league.

"That is quite normal and that is also human. I’m trying my best to make sure Thiago stays here and that you can convince him to stay.

"But that’s one thing that time will show. We still have the Champions League ahead of us now and we have a lot of plans, also together with him."
