Liverpool supporter spotted celebrating in Wolves away end during Manchester City victory

There was more than one reason for Harrison Coady to celebrate Wolves' 2-0 victory over Manchester City on Sunday.

The brother of Wolves captain Conor was spotted in the away end at the Etihad and got caught up in the jubilant reactions to Adama Traore's second goal.

Both of the Coady brothers are Liverpool fans having grown up in the area and Wolves' victory meant the Reds went eight points clear at the top of the Premier League.

Coady spent 15 years on Liverpool's books before leaving to join Huddersfield in 2014.

In the 2017/2018 season he captained Wolves to the Championship title, ending a six-year absence from the Premier League.

The Coady family's first priority is now the Wanderers but they remain Liverpool fans and Sunday's result gave them a double cause for celebration.

Brother Harrison (in the red coat) can be seen amongst the wild celebrations to Traore's winning strike.

The younger Coady sibling certainly seemed to enjoy himself, writing on Twitter that it had been an unbelievable week after Wolves' last minute winner in the Europa League on Thursday.

Liverpool face Wolves at Anfield before the turn of the year, before the return clash at Molineux at the end of January.
