Liverpool star Mohamed Salah posts ‘incredible’ photo to celebrate daughter’s birthday

It seems that Batman isn’t the only superhero in Liverpool right now as Reds star Mohamed Salah donned matching costumes and masks of The Incredibles with daughter Makka to celebrate her sixth birthday.

Kopites have thought that Salah, who they have dubbed their ‘Egyptian King’, is incredible ever since he arrived at Anfield in 2017.

After a disappointing first spell in English football with Chelsea, Salah has been an overwhelming success since he returned to the Premier League with Liverpool in a £36.9million move from Roma.

He netted a stunning 44 goals in his first season.

And he is now just one off his century for Liverpool having so far has registered 99 times in 158 games.

Doting dad Salah swapped his usual all-red strip for the orange and black of The Incredibles to wear an identical costume to his little girl as they both adopted a ‘superhero’ stance to be pictured by party balloons and Incredibles merchandise in the same colour scheme.

Posting the image on Instagram, he wrote: "Happy birthday to my princess! #IncredibleFather".

The Incredibles is a 2004 animated film – with a 2018 sequel – about a family who hide their powers in an attempt to live a quiet suburban life.

Salah and his teammates will be back in Premier League action away to Everton tomorrow.

The Merseyside derby at Goodison Park kicks off at 12.30pm.

And Jurgen Klopp will be desperate to bounce back from the Aston Villa defeat and get a result against the table-topping Toffees.
