It was a whirlwind weekend for Harvey Elliott as he became Liverpool's second signing of the summer.
Not only was it announced that the 16-year-old had completed his transfer from Championship side Fulham on Sunday, the teenager went on to make his debut for the Reds against Napoli later that day.
Elliott, who became the Premier League's youngest ever player when handed his top-flight debut by the Cottagers last season, featured as Liverpool were defeated 3-0 at a packed-out Murrayfield.
The starlet showed confidence on the ball from the off after replacing veteran midfielder James Milner in the 79th minute.
And in a post on Instagram the young winger shared an action shot from his debut with a short message, he wrote: "Dream come true!"
Team-mates Rhian Brewster and Bobby Duncan both replied to the post.
Brewster commented with two bicep emojis, while 18-year-old Duncan commented: "My broooo".
Speaking after the match Jurgen Klopp explained the decision to sign the highly-rated forward.
The German boss revealed: "That's why he is here.
"I could say so many positive things about the boy, we signed him, he came here, he decided on us and could have gone pretty much everywhere but he wanted to be part of Liverpool.

"The stories with the boy start early and already he is the youngest ever Premier League player and has broken quite a few records because of his talent.
"Now he is here so let's work with him. He needs game time, we will see where he gets that but he is obviously a fine, fine footballer and that's why we were really interested."
