Liverpool and the sportswear giants are set to reach an agreement over the club's kit deal from the 2020-21 season.
Liverpool's current deal with New Balance expires at the end of this season but the Premier League leaders have been dragged to court by their current supplier.
Terms of the agreement emerged in court on Friday with Nike paying the Premier League leaders a flat fee of £30m per season.

And while that is a hefty increase on their £40m-a-year deal with New Balance, it still leaves the Reds trailing their fierce rivals, reports the Mail.
It is claimed Nike believe they can sell Liverpool merchandise in 6,000 outlets across the world.
Yet that remains some way off the 20,000 worldwide stores that are currently selling United gear.
United's current agreement with Adidas is also worth a staggering £75m-a-year over 10 years, having come into play in 2014.
That kit deal is comfortably the highest in the Premier League, ahead of Manchester City and Chelsea's agreements with Puma and Nike respectively.
Liverpool's court case with New Balance is set to continue on Monday.
New Balance claim that they have triggered a “matching clause” in the contract, which would see them retain the agreement, but Liverpool claim they haven't replicated Nike's terms.
Designs for replica and training kits have already been agreed while those for 2021/22 are also close to being finalised.
