Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp reveals one position he has choice to make for Chelsea clash

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has admitted he has a selection headache at centre-back ahead of their title run-in.

Youngster Joe Gomez is back in the fold and was a late inclusion on the bench as the Reds beat Porto in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The 21-year-old has not featured since fracturing his leg against Burnley in December but could not be set to return Klopp's side against Chelsea on Sunday.

Dejan Lovren came back into the Liverpool starting line-up alongside Virgil van Dijk in midweek whilst Joel Matip has featured heavily in Gomez's absence.

And Klopp admits he has a big call to make at the heart of his defence on Sunday and over the remainder of the campaign as they chase Premier League and Champions League glory.

“We have to make sure he is 100 per cent fit,” Klopp told Liverpool's official website about Gomez.

“As long as the other boys are all fit and stuff like that, we can give Joe the time to train and maybe get some match practice in some other games – we will see how we can do that exactly, I’m not 100 per cent sure.

"But we will need Joe in the last part of the season.
