Liverpool's Fabinho sends Roberto Firmino heartfelt message despite missing out on Copa America with Brazil

On Saturday, Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino added another cheeky no-look goal to his collection during Brazil's 5-0 hammering of Peru.

The No. 9 started the Copa America clash and added the Selecao's second inside 20 minutes with a trademark finish.

His Liverpool team-mate Fabinho, who was left out of the Brazil squad for this summer's competition, sent his compatriot a kind message on Instagram.

The defensive midfielder replied to Firmino's post saying: "Bom irmão, você é diferente."

Which roughly translates to: "Good brother, you are different from the rest."

Everton Soares, Dani Alves and Chelsea's Willian were all on the scoresheet as Tite's side ran out 5-0 winners.

Gremio forward Everton, who celebrated eagerly with Firmino, also left a comment which simply read: "Bobby Phenomenon"

While the former Liverpool player Lucas Leiva wrote: "This is my boy."

Brazil will now meet with Paraguay in the quarter-final stage on Friday.
