Liverpool were hit with a Covid outbreak in midweek ahead of Sunday's game with Tottenham in north London.
The Reds are looking to keep up with league leaders Manchester City and record a seventh straight win.
Their midweek success over Newcastle United came despite Virgil van Dijk, Fabinho and Curtis Jones all testing positive.
It meant Ibrahima Konate and Joel Matip partnered at the heart of defence, which could again be the case in the capital with the trio expected to still be ruled out.
Liverpool's forward line remains firmly intact with Roberto Firmino making his return from a hamstring issue during the week, but either he or Diogo Jota may miss out when Jurgen Klopp picks his XI.
The majority of their midfield options are also expected to be available to the Reds boss with Naby Keita getting more minutes following his spell out.

Antonio Conte is yet to taste Premier League defeat as Tottenham boss, but his team have not played for a fortnight.
They were due to play Brighton last weekend but it was postponed with Covid cases rising up and down the country.
Earlier this week Jurgen Klopp insisted halting the fixture schedule to stop the spread of Covid was not the answer, despite calls from other managers to do so.
"Stopping the league is probably not the right thing but with the schedule we have to be more flexible," he said.
"So far football kept it pretty much outside with the testing regimes, the massive disciplinary things for the boys did really well, but this time it is really difficult."
Klopp added: "I don't see the massive benefit of it [stopping the Premier League] because we come back [and] it is still the same.
"If the virus will be gone then I am the first that stops and goes home and waits until it is gone. But that is probably not the case, so where's the real benefit of it? We hope we can play and Tottenham can play on Sunday."
