Liverpool restaurant serving four course meals to eat at home during coronavirus lockdown

A Liverpool restaurant is giving customers a chance to enjoy its food from home during coronavirus lockdown .

With restaurants and bars across the country closed due to the current crisis, many people have been left learning how to cook or ordering takeaway food to get them through.

Some have even been following recipes shared by McDonald’s and Greggs to get their fill of their favourite foods during lockdown.

Now, popular Liverpool restaurant Six by Nico is giving its fans the opportunity to have some of their favourite dishes at home.

Home by Nico offers diners a four course meal for four people, which can be pre-ordered now for collection from the North John Street venue on April 24 or 25.

The Catalonia inspired experience features dishes such as chicken and chorizo ragout, Six by Nico focaccia bread, an artisan cheese selection, orange and almond St Clements cake and more.

Each order comes with cooking instructions for diners to make their dishes at home.

The experience will run each week, giving customers the chance to pre-order ahead of time for their meals the following week.

Home by Nico costs £80 for a four-course Catalonia-inspired experience for four people.
