Liverpool restaurant named among top 100 in the UK

A city centre restaurant is among the top 100 in UK according to booking website OpenTable.

Roski , based on Rodney Street is Liverpool's only restaurant to feature in the list, which sees London take up around 77% of the entries.

The Top 100 list is compiled from more than 1,080,000 verified OpenTable diner reviews from more than 8,500 restaurants in the UK.

Although London represents 77% of the list this year, it sees a drop from 81% compared to 2018

Roski is owned by 2012 Masterchef winner Anton Piotrowski who moved to Liverpool to open the site back in 2017.

The restaurant has gone from strength to strength, and even took 1,000 bookings in just 24 hours this time last year.

The restaurant serves a tasting menu, which is served exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays and features stone-bass, aged wagyu fillet, peanut butter parfait and more.

Back in June this year, it made the top 10 in the Fit for Foodies category, which was announced at the National Restaurant Awards.

Sadly, in October it was overlooked once again by Michelin star restaurant guide , with no places in Liverpool given one this year.
