Liverpool have been handed an unexpected boost with Andrew Robertson able to return from international duty early.
The right-back featured in both of Scotland's recent wins - the Euro qualifiers penalty victory over Israel and Sunday night's Nations League win over Slovakia.
But Robertson picked up a yellow card against Slovakia and as a result will miss Wednesday's Nations League clash against Czech Republic.
In accordance with Nations League rules, during the group stage, two cautions in two different matches result in a suspension for the competition's next match.
As well as picking up a caution against Slovakia, Robertson was yellow carded in the opening fixture against Czech Republic last month.
It's a bitter blow to Scotland who currently top Group B2 but a huge boost to Liverpool.
