Liverpool have recalled centre-back Morgan Boyes from his loan at Fleetwood Town.
The 19-year-old joined the League One side back in August but has only made two league appearances this term.
The ECHO understands that the recall is because of a lack of game time for Boyes.
The young defender was named on the bench for Fleetwood's first two league games this season before playing 90 minutes in each of their next two matches - a 1-0 defeat at home to Wimbledon and a 2-1 loss away at Rochdale.

In Fleetwood's following 16 league games, however, Boyes was named on the bench just twice and hadn't been included in the matchday squad 12 times while he was away on international duty with Wales U21s for the other two.
Boyes, who has made two first-team appearances for Liverpool, will now return to training at Liverpool.
