Liverpool provide update on when fans will find out results of Champions League final tickets ballot

Liverpool have provided supporters with an update on when the Champions League Final ballot results will be revealed.

The Reds were awarded an allocation of 16,613 tickets for the prestigious match which will take place in Madrid on June 1.

Those successful in the ballot will discover whether or not they have been successful in their search for a ticket at 2pm on Thursday afternoon.

Earlier on Head of Club and Supporter Liaison, Tony Barrett, provided fans with the following message.

Barrett wrote: "All I have at the moment is that the results will be out this afternoon.

"The ballot is being carried out independently by the electoral reform society so the club will only have the results when it’s concluded at their end."
