Someone in Liverpool managed to grab themselves an absolute bargain in property last year.
It was reported a flat on London Road sold for just £15,000 in April 2021, reports The Mirror.
The most and least expensive properties sold in England and Wales between January and October this year have been revealed, with the majority of expensive homes being in and around London but the cheapest being dotted all over the country including Merseyside and Lancashire.

Land Registry data shows the Liverpool property wasn't the only one selling at such a low price as five other buildings sold for the same, with three in Sunderland, and one in Burnley.
UK average house prices increased by 10.2% over the year to October 2021, down from 12.3% in September 2021, according to figures from the Office for National Statistics.
Based on the data covering the period up to October 2021, across England and Wales, there were 14,021 £1million or more sales, including 2,473 at £2million or more.
The Land Registry lists the price paid for every property bought at market value.
The data also includes sales under a power of sale/repossessions, buy-to-lets and transfers to non-private individuals.
It may take several weeks for sales to be registered after completion so some sales from later in the period may not be listed yet.
