Jurgen Klopp's Reds beat Chelsea 5-3 in a thrilling contest before the squad was presented with the trophy the club has waited 30 years for.
Liverpool legend Sir Kenny Dalglish helped present the trophy to the team, who had to celebrate in a near-empty stadium with no fans present due to social distancing measures.
Despite the lack of fans inside the stadium, plenty of supporters turned up outside the ground despite warning from the authorities - and the Merseyside Police were forced to set up a dispersal zone during the match.
However, despite the surreal conditions, the Liverpool squad looked delighted to finally get their hands on their winners' medals before captain Jordan Henderson lifted the trophy aloft.
A fireworks show followed before Klopp and his squad joined in with an emotional rendition of 'You'll Never Walk Alone'.
