The best Liverpool players have been revealed in the brand-new Football Manager 2022 video game, with Sadio Mane losing his spot as Liverpool's best player in the game.
Football Manager is used by a big handful of clubs around the globe to scouting and recruit players and staff in real life due to the accuracy and detail of its database, with the football simulator known as the most realistic football game currently available. In FM22, the database contains over 800,000 players and staff, and a chunk of the best players in the game are in the current Liverpool squad.
Liverpool had a difficult campaign last season as Jurgen Klopp's side went trophy-less for the first time in three seasons, with injuries plaguing the Reds squad as they scraped a UEFA Champions League spot on the final day of the Premier League season.
Mohamed Salah was the star player at the Reds once again, a season-long injury sustained by Virgil Van Dijk saw the defender remain absent for the majority of the campaign and Mane failed to consistently hit his usual standards - therefore seeing a change of best player at the Reds in FM22.
So in the latest version of Football Manager, FM22, who are the best players at Anfield this year?
