Liverpool player ratings from first pre-season friendly against Tranmere

Liverpool began their pre-season schedule with a crushing 6-0 victory over Tranmere.

The Reds put the League One side to the sword at Prenton Park with youngster Rhian Brewster scoring twice.

Nathaniel Clyne, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Bournemouth , opened the scoring for Liverpool against Tranmere.

Brewster's double made it 3-0 at half-time before Jurgen Klopp made wholesale changes to his side at the interval.

Curtis Jones and Champions League hero Divock Origi found the net for Liverpool before youngster Bobby Duncan wrapped up the victory.

Here are full player ratings from Liverpool's first pre-season encounter.
