The On The Waterfront festival kicks off today at Liverpool's Pier Head.
The four day festiva l will see Nile Rodgers + CHIC take to the stage tonight, alongside The Zutons and Rebecca Ferguson.
Across the weekend the line-up also includes a headline show from Liverpool DJ duo Camelphat, the return of Cream Classical, and new event Cream Classical Ibiza.

Many heading to the festival will be wondering what they can and can't take with them, especially with all events taking place outdoors.
To help you get prepared before heading down to Liverpool Pier Head, we've got together the list of things that you can and cannot bring to the events.
Banned items
- Bags bigger an A4 size
- Food
- Drinks
- Umbrellas
- Camping chairs
- Illegal substances
Items you can take
- A bag no bigger than A4 size (one per person)
- A 500ml sealed bottle of water (free re-fills are available at the event)
Organisers have advised that there is no cloakroom or area available to store coats and bags at this year's festival.
