Liverpool ONE store to close its doors after 12 years

A popular Liverpool ONE store is set to close its doors after 12 years in business.

Gap, which is located on the upper level of South John Street, specialises in “classic, comfortable, modern and accessible casual wear”.

The store in Liverpool ONE features the full Gap collection for men and women, from t shirts, tops, dresses and jumpsuits to polos, jackets and sleepwear.

Though a closing date has not been confirmed yet, there are now signs in the windows of Gap announcing that the store is to close.

One sign in the window says “All stock reduced! Store closing sale. This store only.

“Everything must go!”.

Gap currently remains open with safety measures in place.

Face masks are mandatory in store, unless you are exempt.

Earlier this week, Liverpool ONE said goodbye to Mexican restaurant chain Wahaca after owners confirmed it would close 10 sites, including Liverpool’s College Lane.

The ECHO has approached Liverpool ONE for comment.
