Pandora in Liverpool One has been forced to shut suddenly due to an ongoing incident.
The store on the ground floor of the shopping centre closed its doors to shoppers on Monday afternoon.
Liverpool ONE confirmed to the ECHO that the Pandora shop has been forced to close because of an incident involving a leak.
Earlier this afternoon, the ECHO received reports that Pandora had closed after the ceiling collapsed due to a leak.
This has not yet been fully confirmed by the store where the incident is ongoing.
One shopper said other stores inside the shopping centre were also being checked in case the leak had spread.

A spokesperson for Liverpool ONE said they were not aware of any other stores being closed as a result of the incident.
Photos show security staff standing outside the store along with Pandora employees.
A spokesperson for Liverpool ONE said: "We can confirm that there has been a leak at the Pandora store and the store has therefore had to close while they deal with it.
"We are hoping to reopen the store as soon as possible."
