Odds compiler site Oddschecker says City are favourites for the title, with their odds as short as 5/6 with some bookies.
The Reds are second-favourites, with odds ranging from 5/2 to 33/10 in some markets.
Despite going top, Man United are third-favourites, with odds ranging from 5/1 to 33/5.
It appears that the bookies expect it to be a three-way fight for the title, with fourth-favourite Spurs' shortest odds at 14/1.
The fact the bookies feel the Reds have a better chance of winning the title than their rivals at Old Trafford is perhaps reflected in the odds for this weekend's game between the two sides.
Klopp's side are 19/20 favourites for the clash, with Man United's shortest odds 23/10.
Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer appeared to take a similar tone when discussing the clash after his side's win on Tuesday night.
The Old Trafford manager admitted his side will be coming up against a big test on Sunday.
"We're looking forward to it," he said.
"We enjoy being where we are at any time, if it's the first game or last game, it's a big difference.
"But, at the moment, we are where we are and we go there knowing that we're playing against the best team by a mile in the country for the last year-and-a-half.
"They're champions by right."
