Liverpool have already been confirmed as Premier League champions, and are getting ready for what will be a historic moment for the club.
The Reds will officially be able to lift the trophy at Anfield next week after their clash against Chelsea.
It is tradition for the title winning team to lift the Premier League trophy after their final home fixture, unless the league is decided on the final matchday of the season.

With Liverpool’s next home game the clash against Chelsea next Wednesday, Anfield appears to be getting a makeover.
An image has circulated on social media showing the Kop undergoing some work ahead of the trophy lift.
There are also suggestions that the whole stadium will go into darkness, and will be followed by a light show and pyrotechnics on every roof.
However Liverpool decide to commemorate the occasion, it is sure to go down as one of the most memorable in the club’s prestigious history.
