Liverpool 'make contact' with €40m ex-Celtic favourite, Man Utd's surprise Paul Pogba replacement as Daniel James signing date revealed - Premier League rumours

The latest Premier League transfer news from across the Premier League and beyond...

Liverpool 'make contact' with striker

Liverpool and Arsenal have been in touch with Lyon over Moussa Dembele.

The Frenchman is attracting interest from across the Premier League. He joined the Ligue 1 side from Celtic for around £20million but is now worth around 40million euros.

He has scored 15 goals in 33 appearances and was a sensation with the Hoops in Scotland.

"I’m happy to stay with Lyon next season, but we’ll see," he is quoted as saying in L'Equipe.

Eden closes in on Real

Chelsea star Eden Hazard looks set to finally seal a move to Real Madrid.

Spanish TV channel El Chiringuito, are reporting that the deal will be confirmed by the Spanish giants in the next few hours.

Hazard, who has been at Stamford Bridge for seven years, will join Los Blancos in a deal worth £100million.

United pick out Pogba replacement

Old Trafford chiefs have identified Youri Tielemans as Paul Pogba's replacement.

The Belgian spent a successful loan spell with Leicester last season but will now return to Monaco.

Ed Woodward and United chiefs want him to replace outgoing Pogba, who is interesting both Juventus and Real Madrid.

Meanwhile the MEN report that Daniel James will become a United player in the next few days after the Swansea City man completed his medical on Thursday.

Youngster offered new terms

Chelsea are set to offer Callum Hudson-Odoi a new contract.

According to the Mirror, the Blues expect the 18-year-old to sign a five-year deal worth £100,000-a-week.

The forward handed in a transfer request in January, with German giants Bayern Munich continually linked with the youngster.

Arsenal linked to Liverpool man

Arsenal have been tipped to sign Daniel Sturridge.

The Liverpool man has left Anfield this summer and is on the lookout for a new club.

He has been linked with the Gunners in the past.

"He's got great technical ability. Before all of his injuries, for me personally, I think he was the best English striker in the country. I thought he was better than Harry Kane. He's the most naturally-gifted finisher I've seen," said former Crystal Palace man Clinton Morrison.

"He's had a lot of injuries, but I think he'd be a great addition for most Premier League teams. Maybe not in the top three or four, maybe not for Liverpool or Manchester City, but he could go to a team like Arsenal."
