Liverpool line up for Everton confirmed as Klopp takes gamble and hands out two debuts

Jurgen Klopp makes nine changes as Takumi Minamino makes his Liverpool debut in the Merseyside derby this afternoon.

The Reds welcome Everton across Stanley Park for the 235th derby aiming to preserve an unbeaten run that stretches back to September 1999 at Anfield.

Adrian starts in goal behind a back four of Neco Williams, Joe Gomez, Nat Phillips and James Milner, with a midfield trio of Pedro Chirivella, Adam Lallana and Curtis Jones.

Phillips was recently recalled from his season-long loan spell with Stuttgart in the Bundesliga II and makes his senior Liverpool debut at the back.
